BUSH CRAFT PARTY
The bush craft parties are held in one of our wooded areas located around the Quays Lake in Mytchett.
We will collect your children from our base area and set off for an adventure sure to be talked about for many years to come.
We will show your kids how to start and maintain a fire using a flint and steel. Then once it’s ready we will show them how to cook various foods on it, for example popcorn or bannock bread.
Also we will be building water proof shelters using natural and man-made materials, foraging for food (black berries) and generally getting to grips with nature!
Please be prepared for wet weather in the winter months, wellingtons and water proof jackets
Available on weekdays after school, weekends and holidays. So take a walk on the wild side, and party in style this year at Explore Activity and Education Centre.
· Minimum 8 children per party
· The session will last for approximately 1.5 hours.
· Children must be 8 years or over.
After the party, why not take advantage of our Double Decker bus for some party food, or our BBQ to round the day off. (£20 supplement)
